Schedule of Classes

Classes will be on a first come first serve basis. Each class will have a limited number of open spaces. As of now here is the schedule

Monday thru Friday

Starting at 4:30am and going until 6:30pm our classes start every hour on the half. We are closed from 1:30-3:30 everyday.

4:30am classes on select days. Contact us for schedule.

Saturday

Closed every other Saturday

First class is at 9am. It will be a group class.

Free Class is open to first time guests at 10am.

Last Class will be at 11

Workouts do not last an hour. They are scheduled for an hour to make sure everyone warms up, get’s the WOD (workout of the day) in and has time to practice functional movements. One day you may only workout for 10 min and others 30 min. It all just depends on the WOD and your current level of fitness. All classes start with a warm up at the half hour then the class will begin. Please allow 30-45 minuets everyday.
