CLASS SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:

Monday-Friday
AM Classes 5:30*, 6:30*, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 
PM Classes 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30

Each class has an allotted time, of one hour.  This will ensure proper time for all components of the workout.  There may days that are geared more toward strength and skill work, with other days being more of a METCON, and then there are those really fun days, where you might do both!  
There is a coach led warmup, starting PROMPTLY on the half hour mark, so no late arrivals please.  Some days will run longer than others, so don't schedule an appointment for 5pm, if you are coming to the 4:40pm class.    

*if you plan to attend the 5:30am or 6:30am class, please make sure that you arrive about 10-15 minutes early, everyday.   

Saturday

We are open every other Saturday, with only one class at 9:00am, open to all levels.
