ATTENTION: NO DROP IN OR GUEST VISITORS AT 4:30am/pm or 5:30pm. All visitors must give prior notice to wanting to drop in before the day of. 

CLASS SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:

Monday-Friday
AM Classes 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 
PM Classes 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30

We have a 4:30am class Monday-Thursday. You will need to meet with us BEFORE going to this class. Please do not just show up as you will be asked to come back to another class. 

Workouts do not last an hour. They are scheduled for an hour to make sure everyone warms up, get’s the WOD (workout of the day) in and has time to practice functional movements. One day you may only workout for 10 min and others 30 min. It all just depends on the WOD and your current level of fitness. All classes start with a warm up at the half hour then the class will begin. Please allow 30-45 minutes everyday.
