We are not your typical gym. You really need to know that first. You are not just a number and you will always be asked to work hard. In return you will have a support system like no other. You will be coached in an environment that will inspire you and one that will teach you fundamentals with proper form. Kelly is Married to Robbie Kelley. She has two wonderful kids, Katlyn and Ryan.
You may say, I cant do that or no way i’m going to try that. We will change that mind set and coach you based on your abilities to be able to do “That” one day. It doesn’t matter if you are in your teens or your golden years. CrossFit can be done by everyone! It is a method that can be scaled to meet the needs of everyone. If you give us the time and most importantly the commitment we will change your life beyond your wildest imagination!
