Balancing act:

As a mother of two, Kelly tries to squeeze in five workouts a week, but still knows where to draw the line. “It’s very hard with family and kids. I try not to get too consumed with fitness, but I make sure to make it a priority.”

Owning it:

A CrossFit facility owner and coach, Kelly stays in top shape by practicing what she preaches. “I am an all-CrossFit gal! It incorporates both cardio and weight training.”

Driving force:

Kelly keeps her drive high with hip-hop music, the support of her fiancé and sticking with her motto of never giving up. “Not finishing is not acceptable to me. I know that I would give myself the hardest time if I let that happen.”

“Find something that you truly love – it will make all the difference in the world.”

Were you athletic in your youth?

“Yes, very. I was a competitive gymnast until high school, where I participated in volleyball, track, cross country, cheerleading and roping on the rodeo team.”
